Dare I say it? Best. Fries. Ever.
So far, they are. I would like to go back a few times and confirm.
The Marin Sun Farms butcher shop/cafe had fries cooked in pork fat, but they had stopped serving lunch at 4pm. We arrived at 4:10pm. Next time...
